Fun Foto Filler Friday: Porto Sign a Superhero

The photo of a human above is that of Porto’s newest signing, Brazilian-born Tokyo Verdy striker Givanildo Souza, aka “The Hulk.” While both “Hulks” look alike, Souza is only 5′10″ and tan, while the Marvel version of The Hulk is 7′, 1040 lbs, and green. Also I’ve never seen the angry guy on a soccer pitch. Or in real life for that matter.
Man… Next week had better be busier on the Portuga football newswire or I may just resort to having my two-pound pet chihuahua Jack walk all over my keyboard and submit that for a daily blogging.

Don’t know much about him. Can’t say I would be excited if I were a Porto fan about a guy coming from an asian league to the Portuguese League. Ah well.
Greg, what are your thoughts on Moutinho possibly going to Everton? Can’t say I like the move. I think he belongs at a better (and bigger) club. I’m simply afraid of him going there and becoming crappy ala Hugo Vianna. Can’t ManU just open their wallets and pay for him even if they don’t need him?
